Antonia Ax:son Johnson
Director
Antonia is the Chairman of Axel Johnson Holding. Board member of Axel Johnson AB, Axfast, Axfoundation and the Axel and Margaret Ax:son Johnson Foundation. Antonia is holder of an honorary doctorate from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden and Middlebury College in the US. Antonia is also the founder of Lövsta Stuteri.
Axel Mörner
Chairman of the Board
Axel has been active in the Axel Johnson Group since the early 2000's. He has occupied several operating roles within the group companies and served as a director on a number of its boards. Mr Mörner is currently serving as Vice Chairman at Nordstjernan AB. He is the owner and Chairman of Björksund Holding AB. Additionally, he is a board member in AxSol AB, the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce New York, the Investment Council for Altocumulus Asset Management, as well as the Axel and Margaret Ax:son Johnson Foundation for charitable purposes and the Brilliant Minds Foundation.
Sara Greenstein
Director
Sara is the President and CEO of Axel Johnson, Inc. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BorgWarner (NYSE:BWA) as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Ms. Greenstein also serves on the Board of Directors of Copeland.

Lars is the Chairman of Polygon AB and Director of Ramudden AB and Loomis AB.
Jim Ratigan
Director
Jim Ratigan is a Managing Director and Co-President of Rockefeller Strategic Advisory. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Jim is also strategic adviser to senior executives and Boards of Directors of private and public businesses as well as acting as adviser and counselor to family-owned businesses. In addition to his advisory work, Jim serves as a Managing Partner within the Executive Leadership Committee for Strategic Advisory, a group responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Strategic Advisory and developing the longer-term strategic direction for the business.
