Prior to joining AJI, Jill spent two decades at UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS), where she held multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Growth & Business Marketing, leading an enterprise-wide global team to drive demand and business outcomes across diverse industries. She previously served as Vice President and General Manager of Supply Chain Insights & Sustainability, where she led a $100M software business through integration of six acquisitions and delivered double-digit growth while building a strong, people-first culture.

Jill is a practical, purpose-driven leader known for aligning teams, influencing without authority, and delivering results in complex environments. She is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and creating cultures that unlock potential and drive sustainable growth.

She is a graduate of Westfield College and has completed executive programs at the Yale School of Management, Chicago Booth, and the Corporate Leadership Center.
